Who We Are?

Every civilian should have access to adequate, appropriate, and affordable housing, according to CCHFC. Our housing assistance initiatives are aimed at helping low-income families and other underrepresented groups in Cameron County who lack access to suitable homes through traditional financial avenues. All CCHFC activities are available countywide, with particular focus on rural communities and other carefully chosen target locations.

These operations are designed to meet the housing requirements of low-income families and other underrepresented groups that lack access to suitable homes through traditional financial avenues. With efforts like first-time home buyer grants and other down payment assistance programs, we aim to meet this urgent and growing demand. CCHFC offers many initiatives for low-cost housing geared toward:

• assisting the construction of adequate homes for working parents by affordable property developers
• assisting homebuyers in attaining their aspiration into becoming homeowners
• enabling homeowners to preserve their homes whilst increasing their financial status
